Weighs ten pounds, has 37 sections, nearly as many glossy inserts, and shows up late Saturday even though it’s named for the following day…yes, we’re talking about the Sunday edition of The New York Times. If normally you can’t be asked to schlep the Sunday Times from the corner bodega to your apartment, this weekend you might reconsider for its inclusion of T Magazine‘s “T Women’s Fashion Fall 2010″ that includes a Ford Models editorial photographed by Richard Burbridge. Titled “The Body Shop: Modern Beauties Who Believe Messy Is More” the story provides a cross section of the agency’s beauty over the years with portraits of Rose Cordero, China Machado, Crystal Renn, Cheryl Tiegs, and Anna Jagodzinska. If seeing Rose Cordero in a Giorgio Armani dress priced at $16,795 isn’t enough enticement, then consider the accompanying story written by David Amsden that examines the changing face of beauty at Ford from when in 1946 Eileen Ford and her late husband Jerry started the agency to the recent installation of Paul Rowland as the head of Ford’s high-end editorial women’s division.

If you’re unable to purchase the Sunday edition of The New York Times, then please visit T Magazine online to read David Amsden’s article in full.

Further credits include hair by Recine; makeup by Peter Philips for Chanel; manicure by Jin Soon Choi.
