New York Fashion Week Fall 2012 castings came thick and fast this weekend. Photographer Craig Arend of Altamira was on hand at the BCBGMAXAZRIA / Hervé Léger by Max Azria casting where amongst other models he encountered Andie Arthur (Ford) and Kate King (Ford). [Altamira]

Channing Tatum (Ford Men) hosted Saturday Night Live this weekend on NBC. The 31-year-old actor delivered a memorable performance, which included a comical sendup of Matthew McConaughey not to mention several references to Tatum’s own past as a male stripper. [Hulu]

Madonna wore three different Givenchy couture costumes by Riccardo Tisci during her 12-minute halftime performance at Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis Sunday night and thus put paid to the notion that garments requiring in excess of 5,000 hours of construction are only fit for galas. On the night the New York Giants defeated the New England Patriots 21-17 to claim their second championship in five years. The Queen of Pop for her part performed “Vogue,” “Music,” and a medley of “Open Your Heart” and “Express Yourself,” and a variation of “Like A Prayer” backed by a gospel choir featuring Cee Lo. [Style.com]

Shabazz Palaces released their official video for “Are you… Can you… Were you? (Felt)” off their 2011 album Black Up (Sub Pop). Directed by Maikoiyo Alley-Barnes, the video expands the musical duo’s already impressive visual oeuvre. [YouTube]
