The next gospel in W‘s Spring Fashion Bible that is their March 2012 issue is told by photographer Craig McDean and W fashion and style director Edward Enninful and involves Sigrid Agren (Ford). The Carolina Herrera Spring 2012 campaign is given the glam rock treatment for the story whose title was plucked from the David Bowie back catalog, “Oh, You Pretty Things,” which she enters by wearing a Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière’s silk jacket, silk top, and silk faille trousers, Dolls Kill foxtail, and various jewelry by Loree Rodkin and David Yurman. Turn the page, and the Ziggy Stardust quotient is raised significantly with Sigrid wearing a Haider Ackermann silk jacket and shirt, jersey top, and silk pants, an Yves Saint Laurent belt, and a bejeweled accessories list a mile long. For Sigrid’s final look, she dials it down with an all-white look comprised of a Balmain lambskin and cotton jacket, Brunello Cucinelli’s cotton blouse, Balmain lambskin and cotton pants, a pair of lace-up Jil Sander boots, and lots more jewelry. Decadent, a bit naughty, Sigrid Agren, pretty thing, the world over is driving mamas and papas insane.
